Hello followers and supporters of TheGamerAccess.com! If you have been keeping up to date on all of the amazing accomplishments and deals I have recently locked down, you would understand why now is a crucial time not only for myself, but TheGamerAccess.com. Becoming an official partner with Dailymotion was only the beginning and I should have more to share soon, but until then, I am happy to reveal the extravagant revamp of TheGamerAccess.com which has been in development for a couple months. This is not your typical redesign, but a complete overhaul of the gaming site you all have supported over the years and I am pleased to speak with you all today to discuss a few of the key enhancements to TheGamerAccess.com starting now! Homepage
While designing what you see today, my main goal was to improve upon the top complaint of the previous site, organization. I appreciate the countless users who contacted me saying they felt the site was too cluttered and overwhelming when looking for the latest content. I have taken this advice and today you will find a much simpler layout. At the top, you will see the “Headlines” bar featuring our latest posts and instantly providing you, the user, with access to the content by simply clicking the title of the post being shown. Followed by the “Headlines” bar, you will see the completely redesigned menu system for navigating TheGamerAccess.com. With instant access to the community homepage (more on that soon), content based upon it’s section (news, reviews, articles, etc.), the forums, and the search ability, finding content and being active within the community should be a breeze. Once you are past the new navigation system, you will notice the massive carousel followed by the latest posts in a featured format along with the blog format of all posts directly below. This should allow for you, the readers, to easily keep up-to-date with what is going on at TheGamerAccess.com and the gaming industry. On the right of the homepage next to the posts, you will see the menu again offering you options along with easy access to the login form to have granted access to talk it up in the comment sections, participate in the forums, and more (more soon). You will also see a Twitter module directly below the login form allowing you to view my most recent tweets while checking out TheGamerAccess.com. We then head to the bottom of the homepage where you can view a list of the latest content, the most recent activity in the community (posting new thread to forum, updating profile pic, publishing comment, etc.), our site ranking across the world, and my contact information if you would ever like to get in touch with me. The site is now mobile friendly as well providing an intuitive interface whether your rocking an iPhone, Android device, Blackberry, etc. That pretty much does it for the homepage, but that is just the beginning! As more readers use their smart phone devices to read their favorite blogs we are starting to see more iPhone, Android and BlackBerry applications out there to keep up on the latest news from their favorite blogs. So don’t forget to add us to your RSS Feed app on your phone!
Community
Another one of my top priorities when it came to rebuilding the website, was to find ways to make the experience more enjoyable and intuitive for the community. At first glance, the community homepage will look very similar and for the most part it is, but through the backend, I have managed to streamline the multiple access areas of the site to enjoy a more integrated experience on TheGamerAccess.com. One example of this deals with the comment system that is currently in place. From this point one, whenever you comment on a post while signed in to your account on TheGamerAccess.com, a notification will be pushed to the main community page allowing the community to feel connected and keep in touch with their fellow gamers. Underneath the “Community Tab” you have the ability to immediately hop to your inbox, where users may contact you personally, view your friends and message them directly from your friends page, visit the all-new forums, and stay tuned for the latest events taking place in the community. These new additions all add up to a new community experience and I hope to you all become more active on TheGamerAccess.com as I will be doing my best to keep discussions and topics rolling.
Forums
While forums existed on the previous website, we all know that the lack of activity that took place there made it seem nonexistent. I hope to bring life back to the forums with the new site as I have discussed plans with my fellow supporters on what they would like to see take place within the forums. I will be doing what I can to bring content to the forums enticing the community to play a role and develop the gaming community we all dream of. Due to some of the changes I made, I was unable to restore the previous topics and discussions, but this gives us all a great opportunity to start with a fresh start and make TheGamerAccess.com a site where gamers can communicate while they are off the sticks. The forums are also integrated within the community page so whenever someone posts to the forums, you will be informed on the community homepage.

So those are a majority of the key features/enhancements being brought to TheGamerAccess.com with the new site that is now in place. I would like to thank you all again for your continued support as without your continued dedication to TheGamerAccess.com, we would not be where we are today.
